Gisselle Quintana, Esq. Gisselle has extensive experience in Probate Conservatorship matters and has represented many dependent adults in these proceedings as court appointed attorney and guardian ad litem for the OC court. She has been involved in highly contested Conservatorship disputes as well as elder abuse restraining orders, guardianship, trust and will contests. Further, Gisselle has extensive experience estate planning and the drafting of wills, trusts, special need trusts and other. She is a former adjunct professor at trinity law school where she taught community property and professional Responsibility and Ethics for over six years.
Gisselle lives in Tustin Ranch and in her free time she enjoys walking her dog and riding her bike in the Irvine trails.
Sandra is the Funding Coordinator/ Paralegal and assures our clients assets are properly funded. Sandra ensures your trust will carry out your wishes by making sure all the appropriate transfers have been titled properly and beneficiaries updated to the appropriate designation.
Sandra has 18 years of experience in civil litigation and brings her litigation expertise to our Probate/ Trust Disputes and contested Conservatorships. Sandra has been with the Soto Law Group since 2013, in various capacities.
Her extracurricular involvements include: Volunteering for Equine-Assisted Activities and Therapies for children with disabilities, Fishing, Camping and Surfing.
Anita Morin, our Communications Director, sets our new client appointments, manages our marketing, coordinates workshops, speaking engagements and events that educate families on the need of protecting their most valuable assets, their families. Anita also ensures that our clients are prepared for their initial consultations, before meeting the attorneys.
She received a BS in Public Administration at University Southern California (USC). Anita is no stranger to juggling schedules, creating marketing campaigns and coordinating events. After college she worked for a political fundraising and public relations firm. After that she managed a commercial production company and then eventually became a freelance producer for print collateral.
Anita is married and has two children who are involved with many extracurricular activities, which keeps her busy!
Catherine Robertson is our newest legal assistant. She assists in the details necessary for planning your estate, probate/conservatorship, trust administration or court case.
After receiving her B.A. in Journalism and Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), Catherine decided to bring her experience and eye for detail to the legal world. Catherine has a diverse professional background in marketing, communications, office administration, and event planning.
She is currently continuing her paralegal education at UC Irvine. In her free time, she enjoys reading, pilates, dinner and long walks on the beach with her beloved Chihuahua, Piper.
